Damiana

Traditional use Damiana is an organic, dried herb with a long history of traditional use. It is often used for its calming, relaxing and aphrodisiac properties. Damiana has a mild, sweet flavor and is often smoked or steeped in hot water to make tea. This herb has been used in traditional medicine for centuries and is a popular ingredient in herbal smoke blends.

*Remedies*
Infusion : 1-3 cups a day, not before bed
Tincture : 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoons up to three times a day.
Tea: 1 teaspoon to 1 cup of boiling water, steep for 10-15 minutes, then strain. Drink up to three cups a day to maintain a good mood.

*Precautions : Suggested dose has no side effects. Use of damiana contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation, if you suffer from hypertension, heart disease, anxiety, nervousness, insomnia. Do not combine with other stimulants.
