•Safe during pregnancy, and children even newborns in small doses -2 small cups a day.
•Precautions: Chamomile is not toxic but suggested to not use for prolonged amount of time.
Chamomile essential oil is not for children under 6, people with respiratory allergies, or known hypersensitivity.

*Remedies*
Infusion : One and one half teaspoon per cup of boiling water. After meals, steep for approx. 10 minutes, then strain.

Tincture : 1 teaspoon every 8 hours.

Liquid Extract : 3/4 teaspoon every 8 hours.
